SALES TAX

The High Cascade Camp Store is located in Oregon, a no sales tax state.
Therefore, no sales tax of any kind will ever be added to your order, no matter where you live.


ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIP DATES

  • High Cascade ships Monday-Friday.
  • Orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday will be shipped same day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm Pacific Standard Time, on the weekend, or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
  • *2-Day shipments are calculated as follows:
    • Orders placed Monday-Thurs before 1pm PST qualify for two day shipping
    • All other orders will take longer than 2 days to account for next day processing after 1pm and no shipping on weekends. Weekend days do not count towards the 2 day ship period. Still confused? Please email or call us.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.


PRODUCT WARRANTY

If you believe your product is defective please send and email to shop@highcascade.com . You will be emailed instructions on returning the product if High Cascade finds the product to be defective. We will exchange or refund your purchase. High Cascade will reimburse shipping charges only on items declared via email confirmation to be defective. 

PROOF OF PURCHASE

High Cascade will send you a confirmation of your order via email.


PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Card

High Cascade accepts Visa and MasterCard, only.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Payments are processed at the time of placing your order.
  • We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States
  • Debit cards and check cards have daily spending limits that may prohibit your charge and order from going through

Credit Card Security Codes

High Cascade requires the credit card security code for your card. The credit card security code is an individual three- or four-digit number specific to your credit card that may be printed on the face of your card above the embossed account number or on the back of your card, on the signature panel (if Visa or MasterCard).

Asking for and confirming your credit card's security code helps validate that you - and only you - are in the possession of your credit card and protects you from unauthorized use of your account.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • High Cascade reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the High Cascade at any time.
  • All sales at the High Cascade are governed by Oregon law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
  • No High Cascade employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the High Cascade policies or the terms and conditions governing any sale.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Within 30 calendar days of the receipt of your product, you may return the merchandise at your shipping expense for a credit to your credit card. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, you may return the merchandise at your shipping expenses. (Original shipment fee, return shipment fee and the re-shipping fee)

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, unless High Cascade is responsible for a mistake in processing your order.

For your protection, when mailing returns/exchanges, High Cascade recommends that you:
(1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and  (2) either insure your package for safe return to High Cascade or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.

If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.

To successfully return your product, please follow ALL of the below guidelines:

  • All items must be unused and unworn
  • All items must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached - no pet hair, no human hair, no smoke or smells of any kind.
  • Please include your packing slip or print off your confirmation email with your order information and include a note regarding your exchange or refund request.

If you believe High Cascade was responsible for a mistake in processing your order, please email office@highcascade.com for confirmation of the error. During this email communication process, and only via this process, High Cascade will confirm that your shipping fees will be covered prior to you returning your order.

We DO NOT accept C.O.D.'s on return items.
